We also work extensively on joint ventures and collaborations with many government agencies, public sector and private land owners. One of the notable collaborations is the involvement in reviving abandoned projects under the TPPT (Tabung Pemulihan Projeck Terbengkalai) scheme setup by Bank Negara Malaysia in the 90s.

Mr. Sow Chu Loong

Executive Chairman

Graduated in I979 with a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman College and went on to obtain an MBA from the prestigious Oklahoma City University. His inception into the job market was as a Service Engineer in 1979 with Avery Sales & Service. He was later attached to Rank O’Connors before crossing the causeway to join Kestronic (S) Pte. Ltd. During those years, he acquired in-depth technical knowledge and experience which has made him a highly regarded professional.

Mr. Bill Tan Tong Ek

Managing Director / CEO

Has been in the property industry for more than 25 years. Throughout his career, he has joined various reputable public listed property development companies such as Metroplex Group Bhd., Low Yat Group Bhd. and Federal Development Group as Manager and Director. He is always a very “hands-on” person and during the course of his duties, he has gained highly valuable property development related experiences in areas such as technical knowledge, management of finance and human resources, marketing strategies and liaisons with various government departments and agencies.
